This private home is perched on the side of a mountain with commanding long distant views over two mountain ranges with Tryon Peak in the distance. An expansive deck runs across the back of the home and provides a comfortable outdoor experience to dine out and enjoy the view.
The interior of the home is professionally designed and decorated and captures a casual yet classic mountain lodge feel. A dramatic two-story great room with grand stone gas fireplace is the focal point of the first floor. The first floor open plan also features a pine dining table that seats eight, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, a powder room and a laundry room that leads to a side patio. The second floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Smoking is not allowed. Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license to reserve the residence. Dogs under 50lbs allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet deposit. An exit cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for four people or less. There is an additional fee of $50 per person for groups over four. EAGLEROCK can not be used for special events, parties, where there would be invited guests from the public other than those staying at the property.
